Concrete Finisher/Laborer

Duties:
– Perform concrete finishing tasks, including pouring, leveling, and smoothing surfaces
– Use various tools and equipment to shape and finish concrete, such as trowels, edgers, and brushes
– Apply different finishes to concrete surfaces, such as stamping, staining, or polishing
– Repair and restore damaged concrete structures or surfaces
– Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements
– Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications
– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
– Experience in concrete finishing or related field preferred
– Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time
– Knowledge of frame carpentry, tile laying, masonry, metal stud framing, stucco, or welding is a plus
– Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
– Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment

Construction: 5 years (Preferred)
