The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced customer service environment for customer service representative position. This person should be able to build relationships quickly while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. This position will be responsible for answering phones, emailing orders and assisting customers with questions and problems they may be facing with their order fulfillment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide immediate solutions to their questions and problems
  • Accurately enter orders into system and ensure proper processing
  • Monitor open orders to ensure accuracy
  • Prepare mailings for customers by completing required fields, setting type size, and preparing mailings for mailing
  • Ensure customers get the correct order information from order to delivery date
  • Prepare daily weekly monthly reports by completing required reports
  • Keep records of customer interactions through CRM system
  • Shift 8am- 5pm M-F
  • The successful candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment with customers who are both sophisticated and technical – preferred experience working with technical manuals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 2 years of customer service experience required; 3-5 years preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
