MIG Welder

Position Description:
The MIG Welder is responsible for the installation, repair and operation of MIG and TIG MIG welding equipment. This position requires the ability to read blueprints, understand MIG welding principles and understand TIG welding principles. The MIG Welder will also perform minor electrical duties and must be able to follow all safety rules and regulations. The MIG Welder is also responsible for the cleanliness and sterilization of the area in which they work.
Qualifications:
·High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
·Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout shift
·Must be able to follow all safety rules and regulations due to the high risk of accident. We’re looking for people that are safety oriented at all times!
·Ability to read blueprints is a plus
·Understanding of MIG welding principles is a plus
·TIG welding principles is a plus
·Ability to work overtime as needed is a plus
·Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Please take our I’m looking for: Driving Record test to get your driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
