Responsibilities:
– Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
– Utilize HR software systems such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, lever, iCIMS, and Workday to track and manage candidate information
– Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees
– Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs
– Handle employee relations matters, including conflict management and resolution
– Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
– Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping activities
– Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
– Manage social media platforms for HR-related content and engagement
Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
– Proven experience working with HR software systems such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, lever, iCIMS, Workday, or Oracle
– Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
