Quality Assurance Inspectors
Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team in a fast paced Aerospace machine shop
environment, to perform detailed dimensional inspection of machined parts using surface plate, Optical
Comparator, hand tools, height gages, etc. Vision System and CMM experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Perform FAI, In-Process, Final inspections as required to ensure product meets all design requirements.
• Document inspection results using bubble drawings and AS9102 FAI reports.
• Report and Document non-conforming materials as required.
• Perform all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
• May perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements and skills:
• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or similar role
• Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
• Strong computer and MS Office skills
• Experience with Net-Inspect desired
• Experience with Inspection Xpert or similar software desired
• Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards (AS9100, ISO9001)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Inspector
• Must be able to work with little supervision and be self motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
